During many incredible business-building years for the Un-carrier, I led a Superbowl and celebrity-driven streak that included a wealth of cultural commentary. The wireless business moves fast, so keeping topical, while still hard-selling product, was a balancing act that we got pretty adept at.

Most people didn't know you could put a pretzel inside of a chocolate talking spokescandy. Even more, they had no idea it might be delicious. After this campaign, they knew both.  

I designed a website that let fans vote on their favorite candy, leading up to a reveal of a brand new flavor.

Next I created a variety of posts and videos for the social channels that fans ate up. The characters storylines are only exist in commercials - there isn’t a big movie or tv show where you can learn about them, and yet fans really know who they are and their different personalities. social media has really opened the door for telling more nuanced tales of the spokescandies.

Last, we created a contest where the users could win a variety of prizes. engagement was off the charts and it was the largest launch of a new M&Ms flavor in history.

Valvoline is constantly reinventing and improving its motor oil. To celebrate this in a big way, we teamed up with two of NASCAR's top drivers and then challenged consumers to help reinvent two classic, oil-using race trucks.

I've led an agency of creative teams to produce more than 100 of these music-driven, brand-driving retail spots that have helped T-Mobile surpass Sprint to take the #3 position. These are a few of my favorites.

This is proof that the You're Not You When You're Hungry campaign works not only beyond television, but beyond the US. This is one of several ideas I brought to the global market while leading the digital work for Snickers out of the NY office.

The campaign I led helped Greenpeace's raise the issue of how decisions we make as consumers are having a negative impact on the environment. Increased use of the cloud came with component of ignorance is bliss. Users didn’t know how it worked, it just did. There was no clear tangible idea of what made it work - it was just MAGIC.

So education was at the core of the campaign, but it also needed to be entertaining so it could be shared.

In a series of social videos, Greenpeace pokes fun at Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft while raising awareness of coal power data centers that power the "cloud".

In just one month 215,000 people signed our clean our cloud petition, which then convinced apple to change their data centers to run off coal free, 100% renewable energy.

The campaign won a Bronze Effie for Positive Change getting tech companies to change their dirty ways.

FedEx delivers things internationally. People like to eat. We gave the people of SXSW both in one very branded happy meal.

We dreamt up the idea for FedEx to deliver free International food to SXSW attendees to demonstrate their international shipping capabilities.

A food truck covertly disguised as a FedEx delivery truck was driven into Austin for the SXSW Conference. Once there and the secret door opened, a different international meal was delivered each day in packaging specially designed to mimic FedEx boxes. Napkins and cups also touted FedEx offerings like Print & Go—the new service enabling you to print from your smartphone or USB flash drive—as well as their ability to deliver to 220 countries and territories each and every day. Throughout the conference, thousands of meals were delivered, each still piping hot.

It was such a good idea, the internet ran with it and showed makers how to transform old FedEx trucks into food trucks for themselves!

To promote Valvoline's recycled oil product to males 18-34, we partnered with Travis Pastrana and his Nitro Circus to “recycle” dangerous stunt video content they loved to watch and let them get in on the action. In the process, a young man almost died.

Wouldn't it be cool if the nearby Lowes could treat you like a local hardware store? Lowes thought so. I helped develop this prototype to demonstrate how a giant megachainstore could use data to help you remember which paint you bought, which batteries you need for that flashlight and how to help with your garden.

Do you know Who you Become When You're Are Hungry?

Using data scraped your Facebook account, the top relevant clips are stitched together to create your 'fortune film' containing several 'blanks' like a Mad Lib. These blanks were filled in with live content from Facebook as verbalized by computer-generated speech-synthesis software. So on the fly, we created customized videos where the canned actor could say things only you know about yourself.
